Livestock Exhibit Site

Application Process

Commercial Sites in Rows A–E (see site map) along with Gardening and Livestock sites, can be booked and paid for immediately.

The location you select during booking is a preference only. Our Site Administrator will try to place you in that area, but final site allocation may change.

If you require a larger Commercial site that is not listed above, please complete the Expression of Interest form. Once the Site Administrator has reviewed your request and confirmed availability, you will be invited to complete payment.

Catering and Community Sites

Catering and Community site applications require approval before booking.

All applications for these types of sites are assessed to determine suitability and site location. During this process, our Event Administrator may contact you for further information.

You will receive several emails throughout the process, including a payment link (if required) once your application is pre-approved.

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

All prices are displayed exc. GST – 10% GST will be added at the checkout. 
A transaction fee of 2% + 30c per transaction will be charged on your final payment.

Livestock exhibit sizes and species are mainly determined by committee invitation, with one exhibitor per species, except for small-acreage suitable cattle breeds. We aim to expand the variety of species yearly. New exhibitors interested in participating should complete this form for consideration, and the Event Coordinator will contact you. Livestock are located inside the livestock marquee – certain conditions apply.

All livestock sites can be customised to meet your requirements (within reason). Tie up rails are available for animals, (pens / cages are available for poultry, sheep and goats) for any other requirements please make a note with your order and it will be passed to the Event Coordinator and / or the Livestock Coordinator.

Your Business Information

Please enter your trading name as you wish it to appear in the printed event program.

Public Liability Insurance

Please make a selection below. If you don’t have public liability insurance our site co-ordinator will call you to discuss options.

All livestock exhibitors must attach a copy of the Public Liability Certificate of Currency (minimum $20 million) to their application form or have ticked an appropriate box above.
A Tax invoice or renewal notice is NOT a replacement for a Certificate of Currency.

Please make sure that the business name, liability amount and policy expiry date is clear and that your business is covered during the period of the event.

All exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all relevant legislative obligations are met with regard to safety, Workers Compensation and food safety. In addition, all leads and equipment used on the showground must be tagged and tested.

Exhibitors access to the Showground

Exhibitors will be granted access from 12 noon Thursday prior to the event. Exhibitor’s vehicles, apart from those required as part of the exhibit, will only be allowed to park on the grounds in the area marked on the map as “Exhibitor parking” or as directed by the Event Organiser. For safety reasons, all other vehicles will be required to park outside the showground.

The South Coast Lifestyle & Farm Expo will conclude at 3pm on the Saturday. Exhibitors may bring their vehicles onto the grounds after this time to remove equipment and dismantle the exhibit.

Animal Health Welfare and Safety

All exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all relevant legislative obligations are met with regard to animal welfare and workplace safety. In addition all leads and equipment used on the Showground must be tagged and tested.

Livestock Health Requirements

Animal exhibits must be tagged with NILIS tags and will need a Tranpsport Statement, Livestock Coordinator Laurelle Price, can assist with Transport Statements if required
